 To make our tours run smoothly and respect everyone's time, we kindly ask all participants to be on time. Late arrivals can disrupt the schedule, as each tour stop varies in duration, making it difficult to accommodate latecomers.

As a tour guest, it's your responsibility to find the meeting spot and arrange parking, if needed, before the tour starts. 

To make check-in easy, our tour guide will be at the meeting spot 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. The tour will begin promptly as planned, and we can't delay it for guests who might need extra time for parking or restroom breaks, even if they've checked in.

Please be aware that if you miss the tour due to arriving late, we won't be able to offer a refund.

 "We conduct tours rain or shine. If there's a thunderstorm, we'll assess the conditions at the tour start time and decide whether to proceed, considering the rapid development and dissipation of single-cell thunderstorms.

In case of a severe weather warning from the National Weather Service, tours will be canceled. For other weather concerns, we'll rely on information from the National Weather Service to make a final decision.

If we have to cancel due to weather, all patrons will be informed by phone, and automatic refunds will be issued to their original payment method—no need for further action. If the weather changes suddenly during the tour, and it becomes unsafe to continue, our guide will accompany guests back to the starting point or the nearest sheltered location, and tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment method."

  Pets are not allowed on our tours, but we do welcome service animals that are necessary for accessibility. If you plan to bring a service animal, it's helpful to let us know in advance so we can exempt your party from our pet policy, although this is not mandatory. If you are unsure whether your animal qualifies as a service animal, please refer to the Americans with Disabilities Act publication "ADA Requirements: Service Animals." 

  To ensure the health and comfort of all tour participants, we kindly request that you avoid smoking, vaping, or using tobacco and marijuana during the tour and while waiting at the tour meeting place. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
